Adventures of grocery shopping...

I have never really been one to grocery shop. One reason is probably bc of working in a store for about 10 years or so. When you are in a grocery store working all the time, you really don't want to walk into one when you are off. Also, my husband was a bachelor for so long that he did his own shopping, and ours after we got together. I'd go with him, but mostly to just go, not to pick up much...well, I'm happy to say that the past 3 times I've gone shopping for groceries, I've enjoyed myself. I take in my reusable shopping bags, grab a cart, and go on my merry way. I take a look at brands, prices, and I organize the mess out of my cart. It's ridiculous how meticulous I am with the way my groceries are lying in the cart. I have to bag my own groceries, and truthfully, the reason behind that is bc I've seen the way people bag groceries. Is it my OCD or bc I've worked in the grocery store??? Also, I don't do that extreme couponing stuff, but I almost wish I did. I can't seem to get organized enough for that! If I happen go have a coupon for something I need, I'll use it, but I haven't been that person to be crazy about it. And I mean crazy in a good way. My friend Kat is really good at the couponing/saving money bit. I get a good deal every now and then. Oh well! But anyway, grocery shopping is not that bad, and I think it's bc it's refreshing to go and know what I need and what I'm going to do with it all. Idk, it's very weird.
